SAMTECH is ISO 9001 version 2008 certified since 24th August 2009. The group is leading specific actions to improve continuously the quality of its products and services.
The ISO 9001:2008 certification concerns SAMTECH Headquarters (Liège) and SAMTECH France (Paris and Toulouse sites) on the following activities :
- Software development and distribution ;
- Software development services ;
- Engineering services.
Much more than a certification, the whole SAMTECH culture is basically client oriented, from sales teams to technical people.
In order to improve the quality of our products and services, SAMTECH consults its customers every year through a product and services survey.
